Mission Statement: Provide personnel and basic support equipment required to man, worldwide, Underway Replenishment (UNREP) Modular Cargo Delivery Stations (MCDS) aboard Ready Reserve Force (RRF) commercial ships. UNREP is the re-supply of underway ships by Connected Replenishment (CONREP), using tensioned cables between ships, or Vertical Replenishment (VERTREP), using helicopters to move cargo. The primary commodity is ordnance; however, general stores, provisions, and refrigerated cargo can be transferred
